Hi, I’m Rosie, and I am the dreamer, baker and big kid behind Sweetapolita! You are in a safe space now, where it is okay to have a sprinkle obsession: we are your people.

Sweetapolita began in 2010 as a colourful baking blog where I shared whimsical recipes with a growing community of fellow baking enthusiasts.

In 2015, after writing The Sweetapolita Bakebook (Penguin Random House), I realized something was missing: truly creative, high-quality cake toppings that could instantly bring desserts to a new level. I wanted to make it easier for anyone (home bakers and professionals alike) to add that wow-factor that only sprinkles can.

That’s when I fell in love with the idea of reinventing sprinkles. In June 2015, I launched Sweetapolita and introduced our Canadian-made Sprinkle Medleys - curated mixes filled with colour, texture, and a little bit of magic.

Today, everything we create is designed to spark childlike joy and spread happiness, helping you create memories and turn everyday desserts into something truly unforgettable.
