SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Unexpected high order volumes or postal service issues may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
  • Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, even for expedited or upgraded shipping options.
  • Sweetapolita is not responsible for delays or packages arriving after a specific date, and late delivery does not qualify for a refund.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster transit, but delivery times remain estimates.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including unit numbers. Sweetapolita is not liable for misaddressed shipments. Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (before tax and discounts) to the continental US.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Most carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you require delivery to a P.O. Box, please contact us at info@sweetapolita.com. We’re happy to help you find an alternative shipping solution.

Shipping Within Canada:

·       Free shipping on orders over $75 (before tax and discounts) to Canadian provinces. Free shipping does not apply to Territories or remote locations

Shipments to the United States:

·       Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (before tax and discounts) to the continental US.

·       Sweetapolita products, excluding apparel, qualify under the USMCA agreement and are not currently subject to any duties or tariffs.

·       Apparel is currently subject to duties and are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay duties may result in shipment delays, return to sender, or refusal by the carrier. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

       Shipments Outside of North America:

·       Orders shipped outside of North America may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT). These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

·       Sweetapolita is not responsible for local import laws, customs regulations, or product compliance requirements in the destination country. Failure to pay duties or comply with local regulations may result in your shipment being returned or destroyed; refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Responsibility for your order transfers from the carrier at the time of delivery, confirmed by photo evidence or receiver acknowledgement.

  • Sweetapolita and our carriers are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
  • Carriers may leave packages unattended if no one is available to receive them and may not always use provided buzzer codes.
  • If delivery is not possible, the package may be redirected to a local depot. Unclaimed packages will not be refunded.

Damages, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is missing items, incorrect, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sweetapolita.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packing slip.
  • Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns

  • We accept returns of non-food items only within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued for the item cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Food products and edible items are final sale and non-returnable.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
